On  January 12, 2024, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) returned funds in the amount of UAH 16,660,000 to “Goldenflora” LLC.

The Agency took this step after receiving supporting documents on the invalidation of the trades for the sale of seized property in which the company participated and its application for the return of funds to the rightful owner dated  December 19, 2023.

"By returning the owner's financial assets, the National Agency has protected his property interests, strictly complied with Ukrainian legislation and demonstrated its commitment to the rule of law," said the Head of ARMA, Olena Duma.

We would like to remind you that criminal cases have been initiated against former ARMA officials who were involved in the trading of the sale related to “Goldenflora” LLC.

The Agency also expresses its gratitude to the ARMA Anti-Corruption Council and its Head Tetiana Khutor for analysing the documents and supporting the decision to return unjustifiably transferred funds.
