We present the draft Anti-Corruption Program of ARMA for 2026–2028, which is available via the hyperlink:

This draft has been developed with the aim of improving the system for preventing and combating corruption within ARMA, ensuring coherence and a systematic approach to anti-corruption activities of its independent structural units and interregional territorial offices, as well as further implementing effective mechanisms of transparency, integrity, reducing the impact of corruption risks on ARMA’s activities, and increasing the level of public trust in ARMA.
The Agency is open to systematic dialogue with external stakeholders and the public in order to take into account their views on improving the quality of decision-making on important issues of public and social life, and to create conditions for participation in the development of such decisions.
In this regard, we inform external stakeholders and the public about the Agency’s public discussion of the draft Anti-Corruption Program of ARMA for 2026–2028 and invite all interested parties to join this process and submit, if available, their professional proposals by 17:00 on April 23, 2026, to the email address info@arma.gov.ua.
A roundtable meeting for the public discussion of the draft Anti-Corruption Program of ARMA for 2026–2028 is scheduled for 14:00 on April 24, 2026, in the format of a videoconference using the Zoom platform.
Participant registration will be open until 17:00 on April 23, 2026, by sending an application to info@arma.gov.ua, which must include:
Full name; contact phone number; the organization represented by the applicant, the legal entity code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, EDRPOU (if available); information on relevant professional experience in the areas of ARMA’s activities and/or in the field of prevention and combating corruption; written professional comments and proposals to the draft Anti-Corruption Program of ARMA for 2026–2028 (if available).
