Asset Recovery and Management Agency is calling for managers of seized assets linked to russian general Valeriy Kapashin, located in Poltava. New competitive selection has been announced.
The seized property announced for competitive selection includes:
non-residential premises (shop) with an area of 73.4 sq. m. on Parizhskoi Komuny Street,
public building and land plot on Hrushevskoho Street,
non-residential premises with an area of 228.6 sq. m. on Zhovtneva Street,
public building with an area of 2015.2 sq. m and land plot with an area of 0.0557 ha on Frunze Street,
non-residential premises (shop) with an area of 72.1 sq. m on Lidova Street
The deadline for submission of competitive proposals is May, 30, 2025.
