The plots of land in Kyiv, which were owned by the affiliated ex-deputy brothers viktor medvedchuk and Taras Kozak through proxies, were handed over to the National Agency for management. Assets Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) received a letter from the prosecutor with the relevant decision of the investigative judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

Thus, corporate rights were transferred to the National Agency for management: PE "OREST", LLC "OSOKORKY-7", LLC "AKADEM-CLUB", PE "FIRMA "VICTORIA", LLC "OSOKORKY-7" and land plots with an area of ​​more than 49 Ha.

Currently, the Central Interregional Administration of ARMA (Kyiv) has been instructed to conduct an inspection of the seized property for further preparation of the asset for management.
