The National Agency of Ukraine for the Finding, Tracing, and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes held a working meeting with representatives of the Japanese company Nihon Cyber Defence (NCD) and the International University of Cybersecurity NGO. The event took place as part of a visit to Ukraine by NCD founder and CEO Mr. Cartan McLaughlin.
ARMA presented its partners with the current results of its activities, in particular its achievements in the field of seized asset management, digital transformation initiatives, and priority projects — the modernization of the Unified State Register of Seized Assets (USRSA) and the creation of the ARMA Situation Center.
The meeting participants also discussed potential areas of cooperation in the field of institutional development, digital solutions, and technical assistance. ARMA emphasized its openness to cooperation with the Japanese private sector, government agencies, and international organizations, in particular the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The meeting was an important step in continuing the dialogue between Ukraine and Japan on strengthening cyber resilience, introducing innovative technologies, and improving the efficiency of state management of seized assets.
