Authorized representatives of the central office of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), together with staff of the Western Interregional Territorial Office, conducted an on-site inspection of a seized strategic asset — LLC “Kerambud” enterprise. The plant specializes in the production of construction bricks and is among the largest producers of such products in western Ukraine.

The facility is equipped with modern high-tech German-made equipment and operates a fully automated production cycle. The plant’s capacity allows for the production of up to 4 million units of bricks per month.

As part of established procedures, ARMA has already ensured the independent valuation of the asset. According to the assessment, the market value of the plant is 246,216,830 UAH.

Based on the results of the inspection, ARMA staff found no violations or evidence of unauthorized use of the asset. Earlier, during the inspection of another seized plant linked to Medvedchuk and Kozak — LLC “Betonbud” — ARMA employees discovered facts of illegal use of the facility and the operation of seized specialized vehicles.

It is worth recalling that in May 2025, ARMA launched a competition to select a manager for this asset. Preliminary market consultations are currently ongoing, based on which clear criteria and qualification requirements for potential managers will be defined. Upon completion of the consultation stage, ARMA will publish the asset on the Prozorro electronic platform.
