Following a request from the Prosecutor General's Office, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) received a ruling from an investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv on the transfer of tobacco production equipment for management through the sale.

In particular, the National Agency received equipment for the production, sorting, and packaging of cigarettes. Law enforcement officers seized the equipment in the premises rented by LLC "Orion Tobacco".

Currently, ARMA is preparing this asset for sale by preparing the relevant tender procedures. As part of this work, the ARMA leadership has instructed the Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the ARMA to inspect the equipment.
