The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has launched market consultations on the management of the seized corporate rights and property of the Kerambud brick plant (LLC “Kerambud”) located in Lviv Oblast.
The asset consists of:
- 100% of the corporate rights;
- 3 land plots (8 ha, 2.5 ha, 0.76 ha);
- 3 non-residential premises (21,261.9 sq m; 9,666.3 sq m; 235.1 sq m);
- 10 vehicles;
- production equipment.
LLC “Kerambud” is one of the most powerful producers of construction brick in Western Ukraine. The plant is equipped with modern high-tech German machinery, fully automating all production processes. Its capacity allows production of up to 4 million high-quality bricks per month, ensuring strong profitability.
During an on-site inspection carried out by ARMA staff, no violations or facts of use of the asset were found. The plant does not require significant capital expenditures to resume operation for its intended purpose.
According to an independent valuation initiated by ARMA, the market value of the asset exceeds UAH 246 million.
For reference: the Kerambud plant was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv.
ARMA invites interested business entities that meet the qualification requirements to take part in the market consultations. Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on 10 October 2025. All details are available in the “Competitions for Managers” section.
Based on the results of the consultations, clear criteria and qualification requirements for potential managers will be set, after which open tenders will be announced in the Prozorro electronic system.
