The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has initiated preliminary market consultations regarding the seized assets of the “Unigran” corporation.
The assets in question belong to the following companies:
- LLC “Uni Service”
- LLC “Korostensʹka dobuvna kompaniya”
- LLC “Malynsʹka vyrobnycha kompaniya”
- LLC “Uni Lux”
- LLC “Uni Stone Plant”
These companies own several granite quarries and industrial facilities in Ukraine.
The enterprises operate a fully integrated production cycle — from granite extraction to the manufacturing of finished products. The investment attractiveness of the “Unigran” corporation is further enhanced by a valid special permit for granite mining. ARMA staff have already inspected the assets during an on-site review.
ARMA invites interested market participants to submit commercial proposals for managing the “Unigran” corporation’s assets. Based on the results of the consultations, clear criteria and qualification requirements for potential managers will be established.

Upon the successful completion of the consultations, ARMA will announce an open tender for the selection of a manager for the “Unigran” assets. The auction notice will be published on the electronic platform Prozorro.
