At the request of stakeholders, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has launched market consultations to identify a manager for the seized plant LLC “Betonbud”, one of the leading producers of construction materials in Lviv.
The asset comprises:
- 100% of corporate rights;
- 3 real estate properties;
- 30 vehicles;
- 2 concrete batching plants.
LLC “Betonbud” is equipped with modern facilities for producing concrete and other construction mixes, has a hangar for bulk materials, office and warehouse premises with a rail spur and a trestle with a concrete yard of 4,738.6 sq. m. The vehicle fleet includes concrete mixer trucks, concrete pumps, and loaders.
The complex is commercially attractive for production activities, holding a significant market position in Lviv region.
The Betonbud plant belonged to business partners of suspects in criminal proceedings on state treason in favor of the aggressor state and was transferred into ARMA’s management pursuant to a rulingof the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv.
ARMA invites interested business entities that meet the qualification requirements—excluding the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state—to participate in the market consultations by submitting management proposals.
Proposals from potential managers are accepted until 15:00 on 3 October 2025. All details are available in the “Competitions for Administrators” section. After the successful completion of the market consultations, ARMA will announce open tenders on Prozorro to select a manager.
