The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched market consultations on the management of the seized property and corporate rights of LLC “Cryoin Engineering”, a company engaged in the production and global supply of high-purity inert gases – neon, isotopes 20Ne, 21Ne, and 22Ne, helium, xenon, and krypton.
The enterprise is located in Odesa region and is fully equipped for the production, packaging, and transportation of its products.
The asset includes:
- corporate rights;
- 4 land plots (0.6 ha, 0.2 ha, 0.32 ha, 0.05 ha);
- 2 production premises (725.1 sq. m and 291 sq. m);
- machinery and equipment;
- 9 apartments in Odesa (the largest – 301.7 sq. m);
- 2 country houses in Odesa (332.9 sq. m; 537.6 sq. m, 1/2 ownership share);
- a cottage in Odesa (525.1 sq. m, 1/2 ownership share).
The production complex is a commercially attractive asset that does not require additional investment to resume operations. It is of interest to enterprises operating in the industrial gases sector. Cryoin Engineering also has a scientific base that allows for the effective implementation of advanced technologies in the cryogenic industry.
The seized corporate rights and property of LLC “Cryoin Engineering” were transferred to ARMA under a ruling of the investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
The Agency invites interested market participants, excluding the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state, to take part in the market consultations and submit commercial proposals regarding management.

Upon the successful completion of the market consultations, ARMA will announce open tenders on Prozorro for the selection of an asset manager.
