The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched market consultations regarding the management of the seized balneological sanatorium “Shayan”, located in the Khust district of the Zakarpattia region.
The complex was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv and includes buildings with a total area of 7,036.6 sq. m.
The sanatorium has high commercial potential. Its main therapeutic factors are the carbonated mineral waters of the Shayan deposit and the Carpathian climate — the resort is located in a valley surrounded by a mountain ridge up to 400 m high. The complex has well-developed infrastructure for health improvement and recreation.
ARMA invites interested companies (excluding owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to take part in the market consultations and submit their commercial proposals for managing the sanatorium.
Proposals from potential managers are accepted until 15:00, 3 October 2025. All details are available in the section “Competitions for Managers”.
After the consultations are completed, ARMA will announce an open tender for the selection of an asset manager in the Prozorro system.
