Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced a competition on Prozorro to select an administrator for the IDS Ukraine group of companies, a producer of well-known mineral water brands, including “Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska”.

The group's assets belong to Russian oligarch Fridman, who is under sanctions from the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and Ukraine. In 2022, they were seized on the initiative of the Economic Security Bureau and transferred to ARMA for management by court order.

The management is transferring the corporate rights of companies that provide a full production cycle: from water extraction to its distribution on the Ukrainian and international markets. The assets have well-established production processes, recognition and stable demand, which makes them one of the most promising in the agency's portfolio.

Under the terms of the tender, profits from IDS Ukraine's activities will go to the State Budget of Ukraine, with the exception of the manager's remuneration. According to the company's public data, the group's undistributed profits amount to over UAH 1 billion.

The expected minimum budget revenue is over UAH 24 million per month.

"The main requirement is to preserve and increase the value of the asset. An important requirement is to transfer the undistributed profit, which is measured in billions, to the State of Ukraine," said Yaroslava Maksymenko, Acting Head of ARMA.

Competition participants must confirm their experience in the production of beverages and food products, wholesale trade in water, and asset management.

In addition, candidates must demonstrate financial capacity, a transparent ownership structure, and an impeccable business reputation. 

ARMA invites reputable and professional business representatives to participate in the competition. The auction on Prozorro will take place in December 2025.

Tender proposals will be accepted until 06:00 p.m. on 12 of December 2025.
