The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a competitive selection of managers and appraisers for a complex of assets transferred to management pursuant to the decision by the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
The asset portfolio includes:
Corporate rights of 28 legal entities, including companies operating in the real estate, construction, agricultural, financial services and energy sectors;
Distilleries: Yurkovetsky, Uladivsky, Dovzhotsky, Ivankivsky, Tkhorovsky, Borshchivsky, and Voyutitsky;
Real estate: 121 properties in Kyiv, Poltava, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil regions;
Movable assets: 99 vehicles.
ARMA has already conducted a comprehensive inspection and inventory of these assets, documented the condition of each item and prepared detailed reports.
The competitive procedures include:
selection of a manager (market consultations) – an entity engaged to exercise actual management of assets in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring their preservation and potential value increase.
selection of appraisers – companies engaged to conduct an independent valuation of seized assets to ensure their proper transfer to management.
After conducting market consultations and obtaining an independent valuation of each asset, they will be published on Prozorro.
