The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced open competitions on the Prozorro platform to select managers for a number of commercially attractive properties seized pursuant to the court ruling.

The list of assets includes:

185,279.1 square metres of real estate in Chernihiv and Chernihiv Oblast (PRJSC Cheksil-Autoservice);

The Business Centre Concord with an area of 10,380.6 square metres in Odesa;

The hotel and restaurant MCF “Victoria” in Odesa with a total area of 3,989.2 square metres.

Potential managers who meet the established qualification requirements are invited to participate in the tenders. Owners of seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state are not allowed to participate.

Tender proposals are accepted until 27 October 2025 (18:00).
