The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has opened the submission of proposals for the management of 25% of the share capital of PJSC “Kryukiv Railway Car Building Plant”, one of the largest and oldest machine-building enterprises in Ukraine.
This share belongs to the Austrian company Capital Management GmbH and is valued at over UAH 21.5 million. The asset was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
Located in the Poltava region, the Kryukiv Railway Car Building Plant plays a strategic role in Ukraine’s transport infrastructure. The enterprise manufactures passenger railcars, freight wagons, and other railway rolling stock.
ARMA invites potential asset managers to participate in the preliminary market consultations and submit their proposals.
To apply, interested participants are requested to complete the relevant form available in the “Competitions for Asset Managers” section on ARMA’s official website.
Proposals outlining the expected management outcomes will be accepted until 15:00 on 8 October 2025.
