ARMA is preparing the property and corporate rights of LLC “Cryoin Engineering”for management. The enterprise specialises in the production of high-purity inert andrare gases, including neon, helium, xenon and krypton.

The enterprise’s products are used in high-tech industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and laser systems. The asset comprises production facilities in Odesa region and the city of Odesa, as well as specialised equipment forgas production, packaging and transportation.

The asset also includes four land plots in Odesa region with a total area of over 1.1 hectares and residential properties in Odesa, including apartments, a summer house and a cottage for family holidays.

According to court rulings, citizens of the Russian Federation were among theenter prise’s beneficial owners.
