On June 11, 2025, near the Zhovtnevy Palace in Kyiv, a vehicle equipped with a professional covert video and audio surveillance system was discovered. Inside the vehicle were two unidentified individuals who refused to present identification documents and claimed to be representatives of state security.
ARMA submitted a formal statement to the National Police of Ukraine. Thanks to the prompt response of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) and its official appeal to law enforcement, the Pechersky District Police Department of Kyiv promptly identified the origin of the vehicle and carried out all actions prescribed by law. The circumstances of the incident were clarified, and the attempted provocation was stopped.
“I warn those who seek to retain seized assets or exert influence over them: do not mislead the public. The court decision on the seizure and transfer to ARMA’s management remains in force,” emphasized Head of ARMA Olena Duma.
ARMA expresses its gratitude to the National Police for its decisive and effective actions. This case is a manifestation of the high level of institutional cooperation and the shared determination to ensure legality and transparency in the management of state assets.
ARMA will remain committed to acting solely within the framework of the law and in the interests of the state.
