According to the result of the control measures regarding the effectiveness of asset management by the employees ofthe Division for Monitoring the Efficiency of Asset Management of ARMA, a violation was established regarding the completeness of revenues from asset management for 2023 by the Manager, namely the Limited Liability Company "EU GROUP EXPORT-IMPORT KO"(«ЄС ГРУП ЕКСПОРТ-ІМПОРТ КО»). 

According to the results of the inspection, it was established that the manager failed to pay  UAH 224,000 foradministration of property for 2023.

In January of this year, ARMA Legal Support Department filed a claim to the Commercial Court of  Kyiv, which in turninitiated legal proceedings to collect the debt. 

It is worth noting that the manager voluntarily repaid the debt in the amount of  UAH 224,000 on February 6, 2024, after taking appropriate measures by the National Agency. 

For the first time, ARMA used the court method of collecting debts from managers.

The strategic mission of the National Agency is effectively is effective finding, tracing and management of seized property and ensuring stable, predictable revenues to the state treasury while Ukraine is suffering from the russianaggression and coping with a budget deficit.
