On 1 July 2026, Resolution No. 846 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine entered into force, establishing a new procedure for the sale of seized assets.

In this context, ARMA held a working meeting with representatives of the “Prozorro.Sale” system and accredited electronic platforms.

The participants discussed the practical application of the new rules and the interaction of all participants in the process. The state establishes the rules, ARMA oversees compliance with them and the platforms ensure a competitive environment for the sale of assets.

This ensures openness of procedures, equal opportunities for participants and competition during electronic auctions.

The ARMA reform provides for a shift from the quantity of assets to quality and a concrete result for the state.

The new model should ensure transparent procedures, competition and the effective sale of seized assets.
