The Asset Recovery and Management Agency hosted a working meeting between the Head of ARMA Olena Duma and representatives of the seized asset manager, PJSC«Ukrnafta», which manages a network of gas stations previously owned by Medvedchuk.
The meeting summarized the results of asset management in 2024, discussed challenges and achievements in this process, and presented the development strategy for 2025.
Among the key areas of activity, the Manager presented the ARMA management with a development program for 2025. The key priorities include increasing state budget revenues by over 200 million UAH while modernizing the filling station network through direct investment.
Head of ARMA Olena Duma emphasized the strategic importance of effective management of seized assets for strengthening the economy and the effectiveness of decisions made in 2024:
“The results of work with this asset prove that the decision to terminate the previous management agreements was necessary. They did not make economic sense for the state and did not provide adequate budget revenues. Instead, the new manager, PJSC «Ukrnafta», is now demonstrating a new management program that will bring significantly higher financial results and will bring many times more to the state budget in 2025. We are consistently implementing an effective management policy to ensure that the seized assets work exclusively in the interests of Ukraine.”
ARMA continues to implement a policy of transparent and effective management of seized assets, facilitating their commercial activity and maximizing profitability in the interests of the state.
