On Thursday, February 15, 2024, ARMA initiated an online meeting with interested operators of the Prozorro.Sale electronic platform.

The National Agency was represented by the Head and Secretary of the Commission for the Competitive Selection of Legal Entities that Carry Out the Sale of Seized Assets, Grigol Katamadze and Serhiy Gurynenko.

They discussed the current issues arising from the Procedure for Competitive Selection of Legal Entities for the Sale of Seized Assets and the Procedure for the Sale of Seized Assets at Electronic Auctions. In particular, improving the mechanism for the sale of seized assets.

The participants expressed interest in establishing further cooperation and agreed to coordinate joint actions to ensure effective management of seized property and increase revenues to the state budget of Ukraine.
