ARMA and UkraineInvest have taken another step towards building a new model of cooperation between the state and the business community.
The signed Memorandum is more than just a cooperation document. It is a step towards creating a new infrastructure for the management of seized assets, where the business community becomes a full-fledged partner of the state.
Our objective is to make the system as open, transparent and competitive as possible. That is why we are expanding the instruments for dialogue with the business community, engaging new market participants, and creating conditions under which the management of seized assets becomes a professional, transparent and economically efficient activity.
We encourage stakeholders to view the assets managed by ARMA as a significant economic potential: enterprises, commercial real estate, logistics facilities, corporate rights, and other assets that can already operate today, preserve their value and generate benefits for the state.
At the same time, this also represents a new market of opportunities for the business community. Following the completion of judicial proceedings and the lifting of seizure orders, such assets may become investment opportunities, both through open sale mechanisms and through further cooperation with their lawful owners. This is why professional asset management today lays the foundation for economic development tomorrow.
Cooperation with UkraineInvest opens a new channel of communication with Ukrainian and international investors. The broader the pool of professional asset managers and potential investors, the more effective the seized asset management system will become.
ARMA is changing. We are building a modern ecosystem where the state establishes the rules, the business community contributes its expertise and the synergy between them works for the development of Ukraine’s economy.
