A seized asset must work for the state, and the results of such management must be measured in concrete figures. As a result of “Ukrnafta”’s management of the corporate rights in “Ukrnaftoburinnya”, UAH 656.17 million in dividends for 2025 has been transferred to the state budget.

Since 2023, the total financial result of this case for the state has already exceeded UAH 2.5 billion.

This is a clear example of how the effective work of ARMA and a professional manager can deliver a tangible economic result for the state.

ARMA ensured the transfer of the asset for management, while “Ukrnafta” demonstrates the effectiveness of the state manager by ensuring the operation of the asset, maintaining its economic activity and generating revenues for the state budget.

ARMA’s task is to scale up such practices so that more seized assets preserve their economic value, continue to operate and generate tangible financial results for the state.
