The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues the open competitive selection process to appoint a manager for the seized property complex of the “Zhovten” Sanatorium (Kyiv, Stolychne Highway, 27 km).
Following the review of bids, the ARMA’s authorized representative rejected two more participants:
- LLC “Tsentr vidnovlyuvalʹnoyi medytsyny ta rukhovoyi reabilitatsiyi ‘Prostranstvo dvizheniya’ – failed to correct the deficiencies in its documentation identified by the contracting authority after bid opening and submitted a proposal that did not meet the technical specifications and other tender requirements.
- Charitable organization «Reabilitatsiynyy tsentr “Spirit”» – provided an inadequate justification for an abnormally low price and submitted a proposal that did not comply with the technical requirements and tender documentation.
Earlier, another participant — LLC “Compania Konstanta 2020” — had been rejected due to non-compliance of its bid’s technical specifications with the tender requirements. Thus, three out of the five competition participants have now been disqualified.
Object of the tender: “Zhovten” sanatorium complex with a total area of 22,762.90 m², located in Koncha-Zaspa. Tender ID – UA-2025-07-01-008268-a.
Two candidates remain in the competition. The qualification process is ongoing.
It is worth noting that under the new version of the ARMA Law, the Agency may, upon request from a military administration, transfer seized sanatoriums for the rehabilitation of military personnel. This opens the possibility for the “Zhovten” complex to be used for restoring the health of Ukraine’s defenders.
