- Have experience in public procurement

- Have worked with the Prozorro system and know its nuances

- Have an economic or law degree

Requirements for candidates:

- Perfect command of the state language

- Practical experience in relevant authorities (law enforcement and governmentagencies) will be an advantage

- Knowledge of a foreign language

- For category “B” (managerial position) - at least two years of experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations is required
