At the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, ARMA found and traced the assets of a traitorous ex-MP, former member of the pro-russian party “The Opposition Platform – For Life” (OPZZh), and other individuals associated with illegal activities.
After the occupation of Kherson by russian troops, this collaborator was appointed to a high position in the occupation administration. He also obtained russian citizenship.
The traitorous ex-MP contributed to the overthrow of the constitutional order, the seizure of state power, and the change of the territory and state border of Ukraine.
“Employees of the Asset Finding and Tracing Division of the ARMA have done extremely important work. The pre-trial investigation established that the collaborator helped the aggressor state to implement its plan to seize material assets in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, in particular agricultural products of Ukrainian origin. In accordance with the orders of the so-called military-civilian administration of Kherson region, an illegal unitary enterprise was established, whose officials were entrusted with the responsibility of disposing the property of representatives of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex,” said Pavlo VELYKORECHANIN, the Deputy Head of ARMA.
ARMA has found the following assets belonging to the traitors:
- residential real estate - 20 (apartments in the central districts of Kyiv and Odesa);
- non-residential real estate - 20;
- land plots - 37;
- vehicles - 11;
- shares in the authorized capital - UAH 37,158,840;
- agricultural machinery - 2;
- weapons - 14;
- vessels - 1;
- intellectual property rights - 11.
The obtained information was forwarded to the law enforcement agencies for appropriate measures, namely seizure of assets and their subsequent confiscation to the state revenue.
