On 30 June, ARMA held its first competition for the selection of a manager of seized assets linked to Kostiantyn Zhevaho under the new procedure using the Prozorro electronic procurement system. This is a practical outcome of the seized asset management reform, which introduces transparent, competitive and effective mechanisms for transferring assets into management.

The seized asset management reform is ongoing, as the most effective way to restrict criminals, as well as weaken the economic influence of the aggressor state and persons associated with it, is to deprive them of control over assets and ensure that these assets work in the interests of Ukraine, with the proceeds from their management being transferred to the State Budget.

Following the open procedure, PE «OPTIMA-RESURS» was selected as the winner of the competition for the management of real estate in central Kyiv and, upon completion of all procedures required by law, will manage the seized assets.

Following the adoption of the relevant decision by the Commission for the Selection of Managers of Complex Assets and the conclusion of the asset management agreement, the manager will administer the assets for a remuneration of 19% of the profit received, while 81% of the profit will be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine.
