Today, on May 17, under the chairmanship of Deputy Head of ARMA Stanislav Petrov the staff of the Central Office and the Western Regional Department of ARMA conducted an on-site inspection of seized property in Zakarpattia region.

In particularly, the inspection included an examination of 494 land plots seized by the High Anti-Corruption Court as part of criminal proceedings. These land plots were transferred for sale to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency with the consent of the owner.

The Deputy Head of ARMA emphasized that the land plots will be sold at Prozorro. Sales in accordance with all established legal procedures.

"It is important to note that the land plots will be sold with the consent of the owners. All the proceeds from the sale of the assets will go to the public treasury," emphasized Stanislav Petrov.

Due to their characteristics, these land plots can be used in the future to organize ski resorts and develop tourism in Ukraine.
