Following systematic monitoring and inspections regarding the effectiveness of assetmanagement by the CONSORTIUM «MANAGEMENT COMPANY «KAMparitet»ARMA identified instances of failure to comply with essential contractual terms. Asof the end of March, the company «MANAGEMENT COMPANY «KAMparitet»had accumulated debts under four contracts totaling more than UAH 6.4 million..

The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of AssetsDerived from Corruption and Other Crimes is already taking measures to replace themanager for three assets in accordance with the contracts.

The Agency emphasizes that such cases are illustrative examples of how the controlsystem not only identifies violations but also ensures their elimination. It is alsostressed that control over the effectiveness of asset management is carried out on anongoing basis, and all decisions are aimed at protecting the economic interests of thestate.

It is also reported that as of 1 April 2026, a new structure of the ARMA central officehas been introduced. The functions of controlling the effectiveness of assetmanagement have now been assigned to a specially established Department forMonitoring the Effectiveness of Asset Management.
