In the first five months of 2025, 136 competitive selections of appraisal entities were conducted, resulting in the selection of 36 winners and the conclusion of contracts for the provision of appraisal services. Others are in progress.
At the same time, during the same period, ARMA received 47 asset valuation reports with reviews, including those under contracts concluded in 2024.
For comparison: for all previous periods up to 2023, the Agency concluded only 19 asset valuation contracts.
Also, in 2025, as part of the preparation for the announcement of open tender procedures, ARMA announced 69 market consultations to determine the economic and financial indicators of the management of seized assets.
Eighty-three procedures were announced on the Prozorro platform.
Among the announced tenders for the valuation of ARMA assets, there were also two tenders for the valuation of “Morshynska” assets.
The Western MTU ARMA sent requests to “International Distribution Systems Limited” and the joint-stock company “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant “Oskar” for information and documents necessary for the valuation. However, the responses to these letters contained only objections to the legitimacy of ARMA's requests.
Therefore, the positive changes in the approach of “Morshynska's” owners to cooperation with ARMA are encouraging, but only time will tell how things will turn out in reality.
