The review conducted by ARMA jointly with the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine revealed a range of equipment items that had not been previously seized, despite their direct functional connection to the main infrastructure of the terminal.
Specifically, these include standalone infrastructure components essential for the full operation of the complex — such as gas pipelines, unloading vehicles, belt conveyors, scrapers, and other related equipment. ARMA has now obtained a court order to seize these additional assets, paving the way for the comprehensive transfer of the entire terminal to a manager selected through a competitive procedure.
We are grateful to the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office for their professional work and the prompt measures taken to seize the property and transfer it to ARMA.
Thus, together with the law enforcement agency, ARMA has ensured a comprehensive approach to asset management - considering all the elements necessary for its proper functioning.
Market consultations and a competitive selection of an independent appraiser will be announced soon. After receiving the appraisal, ARMA will hold Prozorro tender to select a manager capable of ensuring the asset’s economic viability and generating stable revenues for the state budget.
