ARMA ensures transparency in the competitive selection for the management of Zhovtnevy Palace: No to provocations! We respond immediately

13-06-2025

Asset Recovery and Management Agency requested to the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligemce Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine to conduct an additional verification of a participant in the competitive selection for the management of the Zhovtnevy Palace.

The verification concerns:

Possible ties with the russian federation;

Potential affiliation with the owner of the seized asset.

This verification will ensure maximum transparency of the procedure and eliminate any risks to the state’s interests.

As a reminder, on June 11, 2025, ARMA together with the National Police of Ukraine prevented an attempted provocation near the Zhovtnevy Palace in Kyiv.

Near the asset, the vehicle equipped with a professional concealed video and audio surveillance system was discovered. Inside the vehicle, two unidentified individuals refused to present identification documents and claimed to be representatives of the state security service.

ARMA urgently submitted the relevant statement to the National Police of Ukraine. Thanks to ARMA’s prompt response and official request to law enforcement, the Pechersky Police Department in Kyiv quickly established the origin of the vehicle and carried out all the legally prescribed measures.

ARMA guarantees that competitive selection of manager for the Zhovtnevy Palace will be conducted transparently, fairy and in strict compliance with the current legislation. No provocations will succeed. We act promptly and decisively.
