ARMA has completed Procedures for the Transfer of Kostyantyn Zhevago's Seized Asset to Management

21-07-2026

ARMA has concluded a management agreement for the seized asset of Kostiantyn Zhevaho located in central Kyiv with the winner of the open competition, PE "OPTIMA RESURS". Measures are currently being taken to ensure the actual transfer of the asset into management in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

This is the first asset for which the manager has been selected under the new rules through the Prozorro electronic system as part of ARMA’s reform.

Following the completion of the transfer process, the asset manager will administer the asset in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and 81% of the profit generated from its use will be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine.

As a reminder, the seizure of the asset was imposed by the State Bureau of Investigation with the approval of the Office of the Prosecutor General within the framework of criminal proceedings. The asset was subsequently transferred to ARMA, which ensured the conduct of an open competition, the selection of an effective manager, and the organisation of the subsequent transfer of the property into management in the interests of the State.

For reference. In 2025, businessman and former Member of Parliament Kostyantyn Zhevago became subject to indefinite personal sanctions imposed in connection with allegations of criminal offences in the banking sector, reported links to individuals subject to sanctions imposed in relation to the Russian Federation and his involvement in ongoing criminal proceedings.
