ARMA has completed the collection of suggestions for the modernization of the Register of Seized Assets

13-06-2025

As a reminder, on May 16, a public presentation was held on the draft terms of reference for the modernization of the Unified State Register of Seized Assets.

The event brought together representatives of civil society organizations, law enforcement agencies, the business community, media and other stakeholders. During the discussion the attendees put forward a range of valuable suggestions aimed at improving the functioning of the Register.

In order to ensure the broadest possible engagement of professional community the Agency has decided to extend the deadlines for submitting the suggestions and comments until June 6, 2025.

Following the presentation ARMA received valuable recommendations from the civic society organization “Stop Nelegal”, in particularly:

  • Introduction of data fields on the terms of asset management (including contract details, the amount of the manager’s remuneration, etc.);
  • Improving of mechanisms for recording the results of monitoring and inspections, with the possibility of monthly data updates in a structured format;
  • Introduction of additional filters and types of checks to simplify information search and the formation of statistical samples.

ARMA thoroughly reviewed the submitted recommendations and took them into account.

Following the analysis of all comments and recommendations ARMA will approve the final version of the terms of reference which will comply with the modern digitalization standards and ensure improved usability of the Register. The procurement notice for Register’s modernization services will be published on Prozorro platform, with the reference link available on the Agency’s official website.

ARMA expresses its gratitude to all participants of the discussion and encourages them to remain actively engaged in shaping an effective digital tool for the transparent management of seized assets.
