Employees of the central office of the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) together with employees of the Southern Interregional Territorial Department of ARMA conducted an on-site inspection of the seized asset - the production facilities of Cryoin Engineering LLC. The inspection was conducted under the supervision of ARMA Deputy Head Stanislav Petrov.
LLC «Cryoin Engineering» is a full-cycle enterprise for the production of high-purity rare gases, including neon, helium, xenon and krypton. The company is owned by russian citizens. In accordance with the decision of the investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, the corporate rights, movable and immovable property of this enterprise were transferred to the management of the ARMA.
The purpose of the asset inspection was to document the actual state of the enterprise, check the availability and completeness of equipment that will be used during further procedures for the assessment and transfer of the asset into management.
ARMA has already announced the first stage of the tender for the selection of a manager - preliminary market consultations to receive proposals from potential managers. In parallel, a competitive selection of appraisers is underway to determine the value of the asset and prepare a review of the appraisal report.
Upon completion of the valuation procedures, the National Agency will announce an open tender for the selection of the manager in the Prozorro system. This will allow attracting a professional and transparent management entity that will be able to effectively ensure economic benefits from the asset, as well as protect it from losses and impairment.
