ARMA inspects distilleries transferred to management

21-02-2025

The Central-Western Interregional Territorial Department of the ARMA conducted an inspection of assets transferred to the National Agency by the decision of the investigating judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.

These are real estate assets of privatized former state-owned distilleries: Uladivsky, Yurkovetsky and Dovzhotsky distilleries.

The property complexes include administrative buildings, production buildings, various workshops and alcohol storage facilities, technical and warehouse premises, pumping stations, bard pumping stations, water pumping stations, wells and other facilities necessary for the full technological cycle of alcohol production.

It is worth noting that distilleries have alcohol depots near railway stations, which makes it possible to ship alcohol and receive raw materials from suppliers.

Based on the results of the inspections, ARMA specialists prepared reports containing detailed information about the assets, their components, technical condition and other important characteristics for management. The next step will be to hold a tender to select appraisers and managers of the seized assets.
