The Commission for Monitoring the Effectiveness of Asset Management transferred to ARMA for management by LLC «Tamerlan-1» conducted an on-site inspection at the Ovruch gravel plant of the Gomel City Road Construction and Repair Trust (village of Bondari, Zhytomyr region).
The commission included representatives of the Asset Management Efficiency Monitoring Department and the Central MTU of ARMA.
During the inspection, an inventory of the assets transferred to management was carried out and measures taken by the manager to ensure their proper use, preservation, and improvement of their technical condition were recorded. In particular,
LLC «Tamerlan-1» used its own funds to carry out the following:
- repair of the enterprise's administrative building;
- overhaul of eight pieces of equipment (excavators, graders, trucks) directly involved in production processes;
- installed a video surveillance system at key facilities of the production complex, which allows for greater control over their use and preservation;
- installed lighting on the plant's territory;
- connected the administrative building to the Internet.
In addition, the timely payment of wages to the company's employees was ensured.
According to the management of LLC «Tamerlan-1», there are plans to modernize the production line for crushed stone products in the near future, as the plant currently uses equipment from the 1970s and 1980s, which is morally and physically obsolete.
ARMA continues its systematic work to ensure the effective management of seized assets and prevent their depreciation or loss of functional suitability.
