On 4 September 2026, ARMA announced new competitions in the Prozorro electronic system for the selection of managers of seized assets.

«Betonbud»

The asset includes production equipment, a hangar, warehouse and office premises, as well as specialised machinery. The assets of LLC «Betonbud» are linked to former Member of Parliament of Ukraine Viktor Medvedchuk, who is accused of high treason.

Before the full-scale invasion, the enterprise operated in the production and supply of ready-mix concrete, with production facilities, its own machinery and infrastructure.

The transfer of the asset for management is intended to ensure its effective use and preserve its economic value.

Railway Wagons, Railway Wagons (2)

Two other competitions concern seized railway wagons and open-top wagons. The assets are intended for freight transportation and may be used to generate revenue through operation, leasing and operator activities.

Potential managers may review the competition terms and tender documentation in the Prozorro electronic system and submit their tender proposals in accordance with the established requirements.

The selection is intended to identify professional managers who will propose an effective model for the use of the assets and ensure an economic result for the state.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 5 October 2026.
