Thanks to the cooperation of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), pursuant to the decision of the HACC, the ARMA deposit portfolio has been replenished by more than UAH 54 million.
The seized funds were written off by ARMA employees from the accounts of a legal entity that supplied equipment to «Ukrzaliznytsia» at an unreasonably high price, which caused significant losses to the state-owned enterprise.
From now on, the seized money will be used to support the Ukrainian economy under martial law.
Earlier, ARMA took over the management of the seized cash in the amount of $412 thousand.
