Pursuant to the ruling of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, UAH 60.4 million confiscated within a criminal proceeding conducted by detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has been transferred to the state budget of Ukraine.

The investigation concerned the possible misappropriation of funds by JSC Ukrainian Railways during the procurement of goods for operational activities. The funds were transferred to ARMA at the end of 2024.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the anti-corruption institutions, the State received UAH 60.4 million, including UAH 5.8 million in income accrued during the management of the asset.
