The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has terminated the contractwith the manager of the seized assets of Morshynska, Carpathian Mineral Waters LLC. The company refused to fulfill the terms of the agreement due to legal restrictions on the need tocoordinate actions with the sanctioned persons - the owner of the seized asset - and the longdelay in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

ARMA is already preparing the relevant documents and will announce a new tender tomorrow toselect an appraiser of the seized asset, which will ensure a new up-to-date and peer-reviewedappraisal.

All interested parties who meet the qualification requirements will be able to participate in theselection. Simultaneously with the competition for the appraiser, a competition for the selectionof the manager will be announced, which will begin with the collection of market consultationson ARMA website.

After obtaining an independent valuation of the asset, conducting market consultations, establishing criteria and qualification requirements, ARMA will publish the asset on Prozorro.

The corporate rights of Morshynska, which were seized and transferred to ARMA, belong toRussian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. He was the owner of IDS Ukraine, which owns theMorshynska trademarks.

ARMA once again calls on the People's Deputies of Ukraine to adopt a law that will unblock themanagement of seized corporate rights - No. 10069.
