The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a tender on the Prozorro platform to select a manager for the seized property of oligarch Pavlo Fuks.
According to independent expert assessments, the total value of these assets is nearly UAH 214 million.
The property includes a luxury residential house and six land plots on the banks of the Dnipro River in Kozyn, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region.
Inside the private house are high-quality and valuable furniture, household appliances, a home cinema, a gym, and a massage room. The land plots are located along the Dnipro River amid upscale private developments and can be used for various purposes — from agriculture and horticulture to construction.
The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 27 August 2025.
It should be recalled that this property was transferred to ARMA’s management by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
Once managers are selected, the assets will start generating income for the State Budget of Ukraine, contributing significantly to the country’s economy.
