Twenty-seven candidates have been admitted to participate in the ranking online vote for the formation of the Civil Oversight Council. The decision was made by the authorized officials responsible for verifying the submitted documents.
In total, ARMA received 31 sets of documents from civil society organizations. One candidate withdrew his application. Following the verification process, three additional candidates were denied admission because their documents did not comply with the requirements of the Procedure for the Formation of the Civil Oversight Council.
Accordingly, the following 27 candidates have been admitted to the ranking online vote:

The next stage is the ranking online vote, which will take place on the ARMA website from 10 to 12 August. The nine candidates who receive the highest number of votes will become members of the Civil Oversight Council. Details of the voting procedure will be published at a later date.
The Civil Oversight Council is a permanent advisory and consultative body under ARMA. Its formation is an important step toward strengthening the openness, transparency and accountability of the National Agency.
