The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is conducting an open competition via the Prozorro platform to select an asset manager for the “Turyst” Hotel in Lviv, which was seized and transferred to ARMA pursuant to a ruling of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

“Turyst” is a business hotel located in a prestigious area of Lviv with a high potential for commercial use.
The asset includes:

• a nine-storey hotel complex (4,851.8 sq. m);
• a restaurant building (1,552 sq. m).

The main building comprises guest rooms, a bar, a conference hall, a medical office, and other auxiliary facilities. There is also a parking area nearby. The asset is situated on a land plot of 0.6721 hectares.

According to an independent valuation, the market value of the hotel complex amounts to UAH 206,610,000 (excluding VAT).

The asset is already available on the Prozorro system. The competition is open to companies that meet the qualification criteria, except for the owners of the asset and representatives of the aggressor state.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 18:00, 13 October 2025.
