Ukraine continues to apply its sanctions mechanisms and protect its economic interests. Assets linked to Russian capital cannot be used against the interests of our state. They must contribute to the Ukrainian economy, preserve jobs and generate revenues for the state budget, as well as serve as a guarantee of compensation for losses caused by the war.
On 21 September 2026, the Commission for the Selection of Managers of Complex Assets under ARMA selected LLC «Legal Bureau “Prioritas”» as the winner of the procedure for selecting a manager for the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group. The next stage is to agree on the terms of the agreement and undergo antimonopoly procedures.
The group includes enterprises that produce products under the «Morshynska», «Myrhorodska», «Alaska» and other well-known brands. The corporate rights of the enterprises are under seizure within the framework of the respective criminal proceedings and have been transferred to ARMA for management pursuant to court decisions.
The selection of an independent manager is intended to ensure the transition from the formal seizure of corporate rights to actual economic control of the asset by the state. This includes control over corporate decisions, preservation of production, jobs and the market value of the enterprises.
The manager undertakes to pay the state dividend income of at least UAH 1 billion (less the manager’s remuneration).
- In addition, the manager undertakes to invest undistributed profits from previous periods in government securities – the expected amount is UAH 2.5 billion. The exact amount will be determined immediately after the audit.
- At the same time, the expected level of taxes will remain no lower than the current level.
Our task is to preserve Ukrainian production, jobs and the value of the enterprises, prevent the withdrawal of funds and ensure that revenues are generated for the benefit of the state.
It is of fundamental importance for the state to properly protect its interests and ensure that the manager fulfils all the obligations undertaken.
The next stage will include verification of the winner’s professional and financial capacity, agreement on the terms of the contract, as well as the antimonopoly and other authorisation procedures provided for by law.
The corporate rights may be transferred only after completion of these procedures and incorporation into the contract of appropriate financial guarantees, performance indicators, and mechanisms for control, reporting and the manager’s liability.
