The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has conducted an open competitive selection to appoint a manager for the corporate rights and property of the private enterprise “NTC Reduktor,” whose founder and sole beneficial owner is a citizen of the aggressor state.
The enterprise’s assets, valued at over UAH 66 million, were seized by a decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv in a criminal proceeding and transferred to ARMA for management.
The competition, held via the Prozorro electronic platform, attracted two applicants:
- LLC “Remresurs” (EDRPOU code 39041002)
- LLC “Naukovo-vyrobnyche ob yednannya “Oboronni tekhnolohiyi Ukrayiny”
ARMA is currently reviewing the submitted proposals for compliance with the tender documentation requirements. Following this review, the Agency will announce the winner, who will be granted the right to manage the asset.
PE “NTC Reduktor” is an enterprise with significant production capacity: 4,500 m² of manufacturing space, its own design and technology departments, a technical control department, as well as modern metalworking, thermal processing, welding, and cutting equipment. The company’s capabilities allow it to produce both standard gearboxes and unique drives tailored to customers’ specific technical requirements.
