During inspection, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) found that LLC «Naftogazenergia» unlawfully included the costs of voluntary medical insurance for employees in the expenses under the management agreement in 2023-2024, which led to an underpayment of 481,124.93 UAH to the state budget.

The Manager was offered to correct the violation on a voluntary basis and pay the funds to the State Budget of Ukraine. The manager acknowledged the violation and complied with ARMA's suggestions.

“Our goal is to ensure effective asset management and timely budget revenues from such management. We continue to monitor the efficiency of the asset managers on a daily basis, preventing abuse and minimizing corruption risks,” said Ihor Chuloi, Director of the Asset Management Department of ARMA.
