The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced an open competition on the Prozorro platform to select an administrator for the corporate rights and property of the LLC «Kerambud» brick factory, located in the Lviv region.
The asset consists of:
- 100% corporate rights;
- 3 land plots (6.8 ha, 2.5 ha, 0.76 ha);
- 3 non-residential premises (21,261.9 sq. m, 9,666.3 sq. m, 235.1 sq. m);
- 10 vehicles;
- production facilities.
LLC «Kerambud» is one of the largest manufacturers of building bricks in western Ukraine. The plant is equipped with modern high-tech German equipment, thanks to which all production processes are fully automated. The enterprise's capacity allows it to produce up to 4 million high-quality bricks per month, ensuring the plant's high profitability.
The agency invites interested companies that meet the qualification requirements to participate in the open tender.
The asset may be of interest to manufacturers of building materials, foreign investors, and specialized companies seeking to enter the Ukrainian market.
Proposals will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025. Details of the tender are available on Prozorro.
As a reminder, the LLC «Kerambud» plant was transferred to the management of ARMA by decision of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv.
