Together with law enforcement agencies, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is taking steps to ensure that seized assets work for the benefit of society and the state, which is a particularly important mission during the current martial law in the country.
One of the vectors of ARMA's interaction with law enforcement agencies is to provide explanations and advice on issues related to the management of seized assets. Such interaction involves informing about the algorithm and peculiarities of the National Agency's asset management, as well as assistance in preparing motions for the transfer of property to ARMA's management and, if necessary, participation in the consideration of such motions by the court.
Thus, as a result of cooperation between the ARMA Central-Western Department and the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation located in Khmelnytskyi, the property was transferred to the ARMA:
The key priority of ARMA's activities in managing the transferred assets remains ensuring efficiency and increasing the economic value of such assets.
Therefore, the transferred funds have already been placed on deposit accounts of the National Agency. In the future, ARMA will ensure that they are used to purchase Military Bonds to strengthen the financial capacity of the defense sector and support the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
We remind you that ARMA is the only state body authorized to purchase government bonds, which allows for the effective use of seized assets, turning them into a financial resource for Ukraine.
